Terms & Conditions of sale of goods online

We are a New Zealand Business operating from Christchurch in New Zealand.

All sales are in New Zealand dollars.  Payments for goods can be made by credit card (Mastercard/Visa) or debit plus card.

All prices include GST.


Goods purchased will be processed within 48 hours of receiving payment.  Goods will then be couriered to supplied address.  A physical address must be supplied as we cannot deliver goods to PO Boxes. Goods will not be shipped on public or local holidays.

An email address is required from the purchaser, as all orders will be tracked & traced. This information will be supplied to the customer via email once your order has been shipped.

Courier time frames are as follows:  Two day service within the South Island. Three day service to the North Island.

Freight charges apply to all deliveries within New Zealand.  Pickups are permitted at no extra cost and at a time convenient to both parties.

Rural address will incur an additional freight charge of $5.00. Delivery to rural address will take an extra day for delivery.

Returns & Credits

Goods may be returned at your cost. Goods must be in an unused state and in saleable condition. You must provide proof or purchase and the goods must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date.  A full refund will be given or a credit applied to your account. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Goods

FFP Canterbury Ltd aim to supply you with quality goods, however if you receive damaged goods or items you are not 100% happy with will replace these at no extra cost to you. In the case of the purchased item no longer being available a full refund will be given or a credit applied to your account.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. FFP Canterbury Ltd will only use information collected from individual customers to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Information Security

Credit card details are encrypted using industry standard AES encryption and are deleted after payment processing is completed.
