Building Warrant-of-Fitness
Surprisingly enough, Fire Fighting Pacific is the only Fire Protection contractor in Canterbury certified to undertake the full range of Fire Protection Services, and undertake the full range of passive features listed on Building Warrants of Fitness.
We are able to offer the full inspection regime, coordination with other specialist contractors (such as Lift maintenance or Air Conditioning Service contractors) and compile the Warrant of Fitness Documents ready to be filed with your local Council, and of course full Fire Protection
Services – all undertaken in-house.
Taking away the burden of having to engage more than one contractor, or having to pay margins on sub-contractor’s fees, we have also gone one step further with the ability to create and maintain your own Building Compliance Schedule on this website.
