*These charges apply in respect to the work undertaken by the Monitoring Company for administration and commissioning to the NZFS. The Service Agent will charge the customer directly for their site attendance, labour and costs. The figures shown are only the Administration
Fee.

Notes:
- The fees for connection and monitoring are standard nationwide and are referenced in the Customer and Agent Agreements.
- The above monitoring rates include NZFS levies. Any increase to these fees will be on charged to Agent for transfer to the Customer.
- The monthly recurring fee structure applies from the day the panel is connected to the NZFS STSMHS and the monitoring company.
- AFAM Fees and charges are invoiced to the Agent, ADT invoice the customer separately and both require payment monthly in advance..
